This year wasn’t about big announcements. The government is targeting 10% nominal GDP growth, holding the fiscal deficit at 4.3% of GDP, and keeping capital expenditure high at ₹12.2 lakh crore. The message behind all of this is pretty straightforward: we’re being careful, not flashy.
